EquiSciTrack

Inclusive Paths to Academic Success

EquiSciTrack is a free webinar series designed to demystify the faculty job search for trainees considering academic careers.

Our mission is to make the academic job market more transparent and accessible by creating a space where trainees can hear directly from faculty who have recently gone through the process.

Each session features junior faculty panelists who share practical advice, personal experiences, and lessons learned while navigating the transition to independence.
